Turf, Ornamentals & Other Pests

The Pesticides Section of the NCDA&CS’s Structural Pest Control and Pesticides Division regulates the use of pesticides against pests of turf & ornamentals, public health pests, aquatic weeds, and other non-structural categories. They also register ALL pesticide products used in North Carolina including “24B” products that are exempt from EPA registration.
